What you can do without a TechExpo account

By TechExpo TeamNovember 4, 20262 min read0 views

You do not need an account to look around TechExpo. A lot of the site is public, and you only need to sign up when you want to actually take part.

What you can do as a guest

  • Browse the catalogue — courses, workshops, webinars, and the Academy and Labs programmes.
  • Compare plans — the pricing page is public, so you can weigh up a membership before you register.
  • Read — the blog, the Help Center, podcasts and the microdegrees catalogue.
  • See the leaderboard — the public rankings at /leaderboard show the top performers by points.
  • Verify a certificate — anyone can check a credential at /validate-certificate. See How to verify a TechExpo certificate.
  • Look at public profiles — instructor, organisation and venue pages are readable without signing in.
  • Read the legal pages — terms, privacy, refunds and cookies.

What does need an account

  • Enrolling in a course, joining a workshop or registering for a webinar.
  • Paying for anything, and seeing your payments and receipts.
  • Your learning progress, certificates, badges and rewards.
  • Notifications, study groups, support tickets and editing your profile.

Creating an account

  1. Click Register — or Sign in if you already have one.
  2. Confirm your email address. The verification link we send you activates the account.
  3. Fill in the profile details we ask for, so your account is complete and nothing is blocked later.

Details: Create your account and verify your email and Complete your profile.
