1.1 Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Tech Expo (the Platform, we, us) and any individual or entity (User, you) using our website, IT solutions, courses, webinars, or events. By creating an account, you enter into a legally binding contract under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
1.2 User Accounts & Identification
- Registration: Users may register directly or via third-party providers (Google, Apple, and GitHub). Mandatory data from these providers is collected to build your profile.
- Mandatory Data: Legal Name, Username, Email (Info@techexpo.site for support), Phone Number, Birthdate, Field of Interest, and Location (City/Country).
- Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tech Expo may suspend accounts providing false or misleading data.
1.3 Intellectual Property (IP) & Partner Rights
- Ownership: All educational content, video streams, source code, and assets are the exclusive property of Tech Expo and its partners.
- Prohibition of Misuse: Under Law 175/2018, any unauthorized screen recording, downloading, or Group Buying (sharing accounts) is a criminal offense. Violators face permanent bans and legal prosecution.
1.4 Payment, Activation & Underpayment
- Verification: Payments via Vodafone Cash and InstaPay. Users must upload a Successful Transaction screenshot.
- 48-Hours SLA: Content activation within 48 hours from valid proof.
- Incorrect Amounts: Partial payments are not accepted. Users have 24 hours to pay differences; otherwise, refund minus 50 EGP administrative fee.
1.5 Refund & Withdrawal Policy (Law 181/2018)
- Tier 1 (Early): Requests 4 days (96h) before start date: 20% fee deducted.
- Tier 2 (Late): Requests within 4 days (96h) of start date: 50% fee deducted.
- Tier 3 (Finality): Requests within 24h of start date or after session has commenced: Non-Refundable.
- Processing: Approved refunds credited to original source within 1–5 business days.
1.6 Media & Promotional Consent
By participating in Tech Expo events or webinars, you grant us an irrevocable right to capture your image, voice, and likeness. Media may be used for promotional purposes across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp Channels.
1.7 Certificate Verification
Tech Expo provides a Credential ID and Verification URL for all certifications. We are not responsible for certificates that cannot be verified through our official website.
1.8 Account Suspension & Deletion
- Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for IP theft, payment fraud, or false data. Notifications via email.
- Soft Delete: Account deletion has a 14-day recovery period. Encrypted logs retained for 180 days per Law 175/2018.
