Some courses include live video sessions. Sessions run inside the platform (no separate app), and you join from a link we send you.
Getting the link
- We email you a join link 24 hours and 2 hours before each session starts.
- Open the link on time — it takes you straight to the session room (
https://www.techexpo.site/live/…). - If it's not in your inbox, check spam/promotions before the start time.
Before you join
- The room page shows a camera and microphone preview — test them and toggle either off before entering if you prefer.
- Allow camera/microphone access when the browser asks; you can change this later in your browser's site settings.
Waiting room
If the host approves attendees manually, you'll see “Waiting for host approval…” after joining — stay on the page until you're let in.
During the session
- Your attendance is recorded while you're in the room.
- Rejoin with the same link if your connection drops.
