Memberships are different from one-off course purchases, so they have their own refund rule. The full legal version lives on our Refund Policy page.
The fastest option: cancel and keep what you paid for
You can cancel a membership at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Most people who are not happy with a membership want this, not a refund — it costs you nothing extra and you do not lose access straight away.
When a membership charge can be refunded
- Full refund: you request within 14 days of the charge and you have started no more than 2 membership courses in that period.
- No refund: the request comes after 14 days, or you have already started more than 2 membership courses on that plan — the period has been delivered and is kept as delivered.
- Renewals follow the same rule, counted from the date of the renewal charge.
How to request one
- Open your dashboard → Payments.
- Find the membership charge and click Request Refund.
- Give us the reason and, if you paid by manual transfer, the Vodafone Cash or InstaPay number the money should return to.
- Submit — the payment moves to Refund Requested while we review it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed within 5–10 business days.
What a refund changes
- Membership access granted by that charge ends.
- Any certificate issued from content covered by that membership may be revoked and will show as revoked on its verification page.
- Your points, badges and leaderboard history are not taken away.
