If your account was suspended, signing in redirects you to /suspended, where you can see why and send an appeal.
What the page shows
- Temporary suspension — the reason (if provided) and a live countdown until the suspension ends.
- Permanent suspension — for serious violations of the terms of use; there is no countdown.
- The reason comes from the review that triggered the suspension; if none was recorded it shows “No reason provided”.
Submitting an appeal
- On /suspended, type your explanation in the appeal box. It must be at least 20 characters.
- Submit and keep the page open — your appeal status (pending or the decision) appears on the same screen the next time it loads.
- If the decision is rejected, you can appeal again; while one appeal is pending you cannot send another.
- Rate limit: 3 appeals per 24 hours per account.
- Appeals work even if your session expired — the page only needs your account email.
- When an appeal is approved, the suspension is lifted and you can sign in normally.
